Utilising our own TAKEOFF PERFORMANCE app everything will be housed in one location including in-app messaging. You will have full access to your weekly training programme inclusive of exercise videos, workout descriptions, daily nutritional goals, performance habits and progress checking.
Included in this package is a monthly progress review. This review is a summary of your month inclusive of weights lifted, habit tracking, technique advice, nutritional guidance and client check-ins.
£200 ppm
In person private coaching is the best way to ensure you are training optimally, performing exercises correctly and progressing as fast as you can. With in-person coaching Chris will take care of everything you need so all you have to do is turn up and train!
1 Session per Week = £200pcm
2 Sessions per Week = £360pcm
3 Sessions per Week = £480pcm
The best of both worlds! Hybrid training allows for a combination of in-person coaching and online in-app support.
This service is best suited for those who want 1 or 2, in-person training sessions per week with Chris as well as extra training sessions to perform by themselves.
