What is a free consultation?
A free initial consultation is a 30 minute, no commitment based conversation whereby we discuss your fitness goals and how we could best work together to achieve them. For example, we would talk about what you want to achieve in the gym, your availability, work/family commitments and which service type would suit you best.
Again, there is no obligation to sign up or commit to anything after the consultation. I will simply drop you an email following our chat to summarise and enquire as to whether you’d like to start training with us.

What can I expect on our first session?
On our first session together I will walk you through your programme, how to use the app and ask if you have anymore questions. From there we will start training and following your training programme. I will gauge your level of training experience and tailor technical cues and exercise intensity to you.
After our first session I ask you how difficult you found it on a scale of 1-10. Then I will agree with you the date and time of our next session and meet you then

how long after signing up does it take to get started?
Like everything, it depends. This depends on when you want your consultation and how soon after your consultation you can start.
Providing all information is gathered we aim to start working with you within 3 days or the next working week. This way you can start your new programme fresh on Monday morning. -
what do I need to bring with me?
The only things I advise you to bring are a water bottle and a small towel if you feel the need to do so. If you have a yoga mat of some sort then that would be advisable also.

How long do the personal training sessions last?
The personal training sessions will last 1 hour. This includes a warm up. If you want to get the best out of your session I’d advise arriving a few minutes early and warming up on a piece of cardio equipment so you’re ready to go as soon as your time comes.
